To sync email addresses to your iPhone, plug it into your computer and when the iTunes management screen appears, click on Info and check on “Sync Address Book Contacts”.  This will allow you to choose to sync to one email address, such as Google or Outlook.  If you would like to sync other emails addresses to make sure you have them on hand, just add them to whichever email address you’ve chosen to sync to your iPhone.
