Apple offers a one year Limited Warranty for iPhone that starts upon the date of original retail purchase. If you purchased your iPhone on September 3, 2012, it would expire at the end of the day on September 2, 2013. If you aren’t sure what date that is, you can go to the Online Service Assistant at the Apple Support website and enter the serial number of your iPhone.
