How to fix an iPhone if it is having common problems is easy if you know what the problem is. For example, if the iPhone screen is frozen, the quickest and easiest way to fix that is to turn your iPhone off and then off again. Or, you can reset your iPhone by holding the home and sleep/wake buttons down at the same time until you see the Apple logo appear. If worse comes to worse and your screen is still frozen, connect to iTunes and restore the iOS.
