The easiest way to read web pages on your iPhone in Safari is to use Reader Mode and you can do this with just a single tap. If the web page you are reading is compatible with Reader Mode, you will see a series of lines in the upper ride hand side of your screen. If you see it, just tap on it one time and you will notice all the ads and other distracting content is removed from the web page you are reading and nothing else will be left except the words so you can read them easier. Not all web pages are compatible for this option, but many are.
