If you haven’t been able to get your email to work on your iPad, but you know it’s working on your computer or other internet capable devices the first thing you should do is check to make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi and getting a strong enough signal. If you know you have access to the internet and your email still isn’t working, go back into Settings and make sure you typed your email address, password and all other information in properly. That should typically fix the situation.
