Sometimes a restore won’t complete properly and your iPhone won’t turn back on. If this has happened to you, the first thing to do is to unplug your iPhone from your computer and plug it back into a different USB port. Sometimes that will force the restore to complete and then your iPhone should work fine. If that doesn’t work, do a complete factory reset, then attempt the restore again.
