On May 4th, Canadian police broke up a mansion party with 2,000 teenagers that caused $70,000 in damages. The mother’s comment on the event was that she told her son he could “have some friends over.”

According to an attendee at the party, Nick, there were lines of cars parked outside the home including a fully loaded tour bus. You can imagine the mayhem at this party… People were breaking windows and climbing ladders just to get into the mansion which was so full you couldn’t even open the door.

The party exploded within a matter of hours as the teenagers tweeted photos tagged “#mansionparty.”  When police arrived they came with 60 cars, canine units, and tactical units. Apparently it was enough to break the party up and send these teens running.
