PicFrame is an app created by ActiveDevelopment. It costs $.99 and is available on the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
Functionality:
This application is probably the best photo framing app I’ve seen on the App Store. It features 71 frames, some of which support up to 9 photos. Not to mention that the frame position, and photo sizes are adjustable, and that you can also add text labels, rounded corners, photo effects, shapes, shadows and frame patterns.
PicFrame was the top 5th app in paid iPhone photography apps, top 27th in paid iPhone apps for all of 2012 and top 10 in paid iPad Photography apps. It is certainly a popular app, and users have a lot to benefit from using it.
Photos created in PicFrame are high resolution and can be shared via Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Flickr and email. This app also supports square image formats, 3:2, 2:3, 4:3 and 3:4 ratios.
The Good:
For $.99 this app is packed with tons of great features for creating framed collages. Even though PicFrame has so many features, it only takes up 10.9 MB on your device; which is really impressive considering everything it can do.
The Bad:
While using this application I wasn’t able to find any glitches or shortcomings. It is simply amazing.

PicFrame is rated 4 ½ stars by over 5,800 users, and has been very popular on the App Store over the years. It’s a must have for any photo editing, photo sharing or collage-creating enthusiast.
