If you have forgotten your password to the unlock screen on your iPod, you can surpass it by connecting and then disconnecting it from iTunes. If this doesn’t work you will have to restore the iPod to its original settings. When you do this, it will remove all your songs and data. However if you have backed your data up you can reload it after you have restored your iPod.
