Ludia has had a huge hit on there hands for a while now with there Facebook version of Family Feud & Friends. As of me writing this it is estimated that around one and a half million people play the Facebook version each month. Not happy with that Ludia decided to bring the game to the iOS. But what makes this such a great idea is that it also can connect with the Facebook game as well.

As this is a quiz game based on a very popular world wide game show. I am sure you are not surprised to hear that the presentation borrows very heavily from the TV show. People who have watched the TV show I am sure will be happy enough with how well Ludia has made the game feel as much like the TV show as they possibly could. At the same time someone who has not seen Family Feud (well that one person who lives under a rock) I am sure will find the game pleasant enough to look at.

The way that this game plays is kind of like a slimmed down version of the TV show. As much as I love the TV show there was now way that an exact replica would work as a video game and I am glad that Ludia realised this. This is a perfect shortened recreation of the TV show in my book. Again for that one guy who does not know what the idea of Family Feud is I will tell you. You are asked survey questions like What City Has The 2nd Highest Crime Rate After New York? You need to guess what the answer was the highest out of a survey of 100 people. You will play three rounds either against a buddy or some random Joe from anywhere in the whole wide world. Whoever has the most points at the end of the three rounds goes on to the Fast Money round.

You need to use coins in order to play the episodes. You will be given a fresh batch on coins every day, but you can also earn more by levelling up by playing the game well. This is the exact same formula that is on the Facebook game. So if you have played that you will fit right in here. And if you have not the game is really simple to get into so do not worry.

In all this is a great game. And it is very faithful to the Facebook original version, but it just looks that little more polished on your iPad or iPhone screen. One thing that I think is really cool is the way that more and more questions keep getting added. So even people who play this everyday should never run into duplicate questions. If you like the Family Feud Facebook game then certainly give this a try. And even for people who have never played the Facebook version I would still say this is a great quiz game that is well worth a download.
